Merchandise

Each piece of La Isla jewelry is handmade in our Southern California studio. The approximate measurements and materials are listed with each jewelry item, please be sure to review these details before placing your order. Each order is carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We know you will love your La Isla purchase!

Shipping

Orders currently in stock are processed within 2-3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. For the occasional item that is out of stock, an additional week may be required for assembly. Each item is handmade and worth the wait. You will be notified by email and provided a tracking number when your order ships.

For US orders, we provide several forms of shipping via USPS or FedEx. All orders over $100 are offered free shipping with First Class USPS. Please contact us if you would like to expedite and/or add insurance for an extra fee. Delivery is subject to the carrier shipping policies. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the order. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages once transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns

La Isla Jewelry wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, please contact us and we’ll try to resolve the problem.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, provided the piece has not been worn or damaged. Please note that SALE items are FINAL and not returnable. To return an item, email customerservice@laislajewelry.com with the following information:

  • contact email and phone number (optional)
  • item being returned
  • order number
  • reason for return

A return authorization number will be issued for the item. Please write this number on your original invoice and ship your return in a well padded package using a traceable carrier to the address below. All costs related to shipping are paid by the customer. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once a return has been received and approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
